Products we use

We will tell you exactly what goes on your house

Most quotes say “premium materials” and leave it there. Here is the actual specification, so you can compare it against anyone else’s.

Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint

On the body of the home

The workhorse exterior coat — it goes on the siding and the large wall areas that take the most sun and weather.

Sherwin-Williams Duration

On the trim

A harder-wearing coat for the surfaces that take the most abuse and are the most visible up close — trim, fascia, doors and edges.

Big Stretch caulk

Every joint, exclusively

Wichita swings hard between summer heat and winter freeze, and a rigid caulk splits open at exactly the joints that are keeping water out. Big Stretch moves with the wood instead of cracking, so the seal is still a seal in three years.

Which of these do you actually need?

Most jobs start as one of two conversations. Either the house looks tired and you want it right again, or something has actually failed — a wall chalking off on your hand, boards gone soft at the bottom, caulk split open around the windows. The first is a painting job. The second is a siding job with painting after it, and getting that order the wrong way round is the most expensive mistake available on an exterior.

A rough guide to where each service fits:

In practice these overlap, and that is normal — a typical exterior is a full power-wash, a handful of replacement boards on the west elevation, every nail head and seam filled, a re-caulk, then two coats. Everything is quoted after a free on-site visit, so the number reflects your house rather than a guess over the phone, and the quote carries the whole price rather than a starting figure. Not sure which one you are looking at? Send a photo and a description and we will tell you.

Repaint timing, chalking, failing siding, why epoxy floors peel, and what a quote should actually contain — answered at length.

How we work

Four steps, and no surprises in any of them

1

Free on-site estimate

We measure the property and look at what is actually there, not a price guessed over the phone. For exteriors you don't even need to be home.

2

One number, in writing

You get the full price, what it covers and what it doesn't. No line items appearing later.

3

Prep, then paint

Booked within 7–10 business days. Protection down, surfaces made sound, and only then the coating — this is where the job is won or lost.

4

Walkthrough and clean-up

We tidy up daily and walk the finished job with you. Anything you aren't happy with gets put right.

Not sure where to start?

Book a free on-site estimate and we will tell you what the house actually needs — including when the answer is “not yet”. From getting in touch to the job starting is never more than 7–10 business days — considerably quicker than most contractors in this market.
