Wichita has homes from every era. College Hill, Riverside, Delano, Fairmount and Hilltop have homes from the 1900s to the 1930s, with old wood siding and trim. Then there are ranch homes from the 1950s and 60s. Homes from the late 1970s to the 1990s often have pressed-wood siding that goes bad at the bottom.
